Chislehurst-Extension

We completed a 4-metre rear extension to a semi-detached 1930s property in Chislehurst, Bromley. By opening up the existing kitchen / living area, the extension created a large open plan entertaining space with an abundance of natural light brought in from the wall-to-wall bifolding doors and Velux windows in the new vaulted ceiling. A sizeable downstairs shower room was also constructed, which incorporated a toilet, basin, and a wet-room shower and bench feature.
