Revitalising a traditional Victorian property in Beckenham. This loft conversion created a large master bedroom, walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, to gain the full potential from what was once an unusable loft space. The rear extension also incorporated an internal knock-through to open up the downstairs as much as possible, allowing room for a kitchen island and a bright living space that opens out seamlessly to the garden.
