Beckenham - Loft Conversion & Rear Extension

A transformation to a traditional Victorian property in Beckenham. The loft conversion created space for a large master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, getting the full potential from what was once an unusable loft space. The rear extension also incorporated an internal knock-through to open up the downstairs as much as possible. allowing space for a kitchen island and a living space that opens out onto the garden.
